What starts as innocent conversation on the train exposes the regrets two men have over their friendship, which – years ago – nearly became something more. Between just two stops, Max and Simon reveal long-held secrets that quietly turn each other’s worlds upside down.

All Change explores the regret and longing that lingers after you don’t get a Hollywood ending.
